Ordyss is actively committed to creating a learning culture to foster the continued professional development of its team. We respect and invest heavily in those who dedicate time to their personal development and upskilling, and offer generous financial support to aid those endeavors.

Whether it’s funding instructor-led training, certifications or exams, or providing access to self-paced online learning, Ordyss aligns its support to the talents and goals of each individual.  Every Ordyss team member has a Training & Development Plan to help keep them on track, along with guidance on certifications and learning paths to support specific individual and business goals.

As a progressive Managed Services business, Ordyss is constantly working with new technologies and offers considerable expertise in the world’s leading cloud solutions. We are consequently the melting pot for a plethora of technical innovations and solutions; and are proud of the learning culture and opportunities this creates.

From monthly Lunch & Learns (you bring the energy, we bring the pizza!) and on-the-job coaching, to leading online learning portals and technical tools, everyone has the opportunity to advance their skills and professional development.

The Ordyss Social Club is an active one and organises regular activities to foster a positive, inclusive and cohesive team culture.  From games nights, morning teas, after-hours social events, Friday afternoon drinks and much more, we are firm believers in promoting work/life balance.

We also have a strong community focus and participate in a range of activities to support the great work being done by local charities and community groups.  Whether it’s Vinnies, the Salvos, the Movember Foundation or the Rotary, we get behind a stack of great causes throughout the year.

Ordyss is proud of its team culture and enjoys a strong reputation for diversity and inclusivity.  We celebrate the unique qualities of every individual and actively foster an energetic, positive team spirit.

We encourage work-life balance and offer flexible work hours, encouraging team members to find time for their families and life outside of the office.  This includes a work-from-home program that offers eligible team members the opportunity to work from home on a rotation basis.

As part of its commitment to fostering a healthy workplace, Ordyss offers subsidised corporate memberships at Fitness First. Membership allows individuals to use any Fitness First Club in the Brisbane region and many of our team use their lunch break to train at the local Toowong facilities.

Further supporting team wellbeing, seasonal fruit boxes are provided each week for everyone’s enjoyment and annual flu vaccinations are also fully funded by the business.

Supporting comfort and practicality, Ordyss offers a range of Ordyss-branded attire including business shirts, polo shirts, t-shirts and fleecy vests. The Ordyss attire is not compulsory and team members are free to dress-up or dress-down in line with our ‘dress for your day’ policy.

Ordyss generously allows every team member to enjoy their birthday however they wish. The BDO is an additional, fully-paid day off to be enjoyed on top of your normal accrued Annual Leave. And if your birthday falls on a weekend, no problem – you can simply schedule it on a day nearby.

In addition to enjoying your ‘Birthday Day Off’, Ordyss hosts lavish monthly morning teas to celebrate all the birthdays and team milestones for the month.  From cake, muffins and delicious sweets to cheese boards and healthy snacks, there’s something to cater for all tastes!
